Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited retainer and may limit future bookings
Late Arrival Policy
To respect the time and experience of every guest, we offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals beyond this window will incur a $25 late fee. After 30 minutes with no notice, the appointment will be canceled, and your retainer will be forfeited. Punctuality ensures we can provide the high-touch, luxury service you deserve.
Refund Policy
All sales and services are final. No refunds will be issued for any completed services. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assist you.
Children & Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests are allowed unless receiving a service. Children under 12 are not permitted unless they are the client.
