Upon Booking

A non refundable retainer/ deposit of $50 is required before booking no exceptions
A valid card will be collected and saved on file for policy purposes is required to book, No exceptions.
If the date / time that you are looking for does not show up on the calendar, then it is unavailable. please do not inquire for it. Instead keep checking the calendar for the slot to possibly pop back up.

If you are purchasing a wig through our booking site a 50% deposit will be required. once deposit is received your wig will be ordered and will arrive in the next 7-14 business days. Please book accordingly.
PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU WILL HAVE A 48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD TO CONTACT US ABOUT CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR HAIR, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST. ANYTHING AFTER 48 HOURS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. OUR STYLIST ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HAIR MAINTENANCE ONCE YOU LEAVE THE SALON . PLEASE CONSIDER TAKING ADVICE FOR LONGER LASTING HAIRSTYLES.

CASH ONLY - Please have your cash ready BEFORE your appointment. I no longer will be accepting any other forms of payment like cash app, Venmo, or zelle.
RESCHEDULING: Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 48 hours before original appointment. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment.
LATENESS: At the 30 minute mark your appointment will be canceled and a $35.00 fee will be applied.
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS: To cancel or reschedule your appointment (s), we kindly ask that you give us a 24-hours advance notice. If we are not notified within 24 hours, the card on file will be charged 100% of the booked service + no future appointment.
LATE CANCELLATION: we kindly ask that you give us a 24-hours advance notice. If we are not notified within 24 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service.
Same Day customization: Any lace that has been brought same day of your appointment will be charged a $50 customization fee
Squeeze in/V.I.P services: Any squeeze in appointments and last minute services will have an additional fee of $100. V.I.P slots are from 4:05 PM - 10PM
